On its Management Blog, Bloomberg Business advocates three things to encourage candid feedback:
- Find trusted advisors
- Reinforce candid feedback
- Find the value in every message
So, I called on Aalaap – one of the smartest guys I know; for feedback about this blog after I had finished tweaking it to a point where I figured the template could be on cruise control for a while.
